IS THE BANKRUPT A PROBLEM OR SOLUTION?.

We can not say that a company should rejoice at having to use the figure of bankruptcy. Obviously if a company, large or small, for example an SME or a multinational, is in this dilemma is because things are difficult. That complicated things have not the fault of the employer’s management in general, because the situation is very hard for everyone.

But said this must be said that the thing can go much better if you know to use the right tools. The employer knows a lot of business leads and does everything he can. But when the crisis comes to end where we are today, sometimes not the best business management is not possible. And if this is because the problem can be debt and finance. As much as to improve the business, if there is no funding, the company is sinking and sometimes sinks to the entrepreneur.

Here is the figure of bankruptcy as a tool to use in negotiating with banks especially. Also, bankruptcy may be the solution for many companies to achieve two things: stop debt and pick up oxygen and to revive the company, first, or to minimize the negative impact on the assets of the business and of the second.

When given the objective circumstances of the employer by law must ask the bankruptcy. But if caught in time may be the best solution possible.

General Motors worldwide used the American equivalent, the protection afforded by bankruptcy law to save the company. Refinanced the company and now becomes free of the liquidity problems.

If the company has business in this way shall retain it. If not, this way will save the employer and part of their heritage. Doing it later will mean more risks and fewer opportunities.
