The employer usually see the bankruptcy as their major problem. And it is, but not for the employer, but to their creditors.

The problem with the employer’s lack of liquidity and insolvency.

The meeting of creditors is a protective measure for the company that is struggling, where you can stop their payment obligations and liens and foreclosures that have been brought against company assets. That way you can set up a charter (which basically is a viable plan to remove it and wait) for the company to recover and survive. And if the situation is borderline, the bankruptcy is for the more orderly liquidation.

If the entrepreneur understand this, use the tool of bankruptcy as soon as possible, whenever it may be helpful. Would decide in time to prevent the liquidation business, the total collapse and to minimize their personal responsibilities.

From the moment that employers realize that the problem is the lack of liquidity and competitive solution to avoid the problem or soften it, many companies would be saved.
