MANAGE THE BUSINESS IN TIMES OF CRISIS.
At present it is difficult to successfully manage a business and that the situation is much more difficult than before. Before the wind blew for and management was much easier: the demand was large, the funding was plentiful and there was a climate of true prosperity, if not euphoric. Under these conditions it was not difficult being an entrepreneur. The continued success feedback to management and leadership was very consistent.
However, the crisis now everything has changed. Many managers have never even met another crisis. Now it is difficult to be positive and to exercise leadership. Now the successes are no longer produced and each day becomes more difficult to manage. But the despair, distress and discouragement accomplishes nothing whatsoever.
Many managers now try to control your computer, subject it to more pressure and even transfer their own pressure. But this much can be achieved either.
What should a manager for companies with crisis?:
The first thing to do is to forget the best of times and accept the new situation. Accept the new situation means trying to understand in order to discover new opportunities and new strengths that the company may have.
Once we accept that the world has changed, that the rules are different, once understood to be raising new scenarios and new strategies to chart a coherent plan of action that does not mean both personal and economic attrition.
Most importantly, the new directors should have a calm and positive thinking to explore these new opportunities. All these new opportunities almost always have to do with strategies focused on achieving greater customer satisfaction.
A good manager has to stop lamenting and his team must arrange for the orderly resolution of problems.
A good manager has to put his entire team to work in these new scenarios, new opportunities.
A good manager has to lead his team. It has to excite. Have to commit to it. In these difficult times it is easiest to despair and overwhelmed and burn the team, but as this does not have to do the opposite.
In short, in times of crisis managers need to know to manage the boat with the wind. For that you need to have a powerful positive mind to understand the change. It requires leadership capable of recovering your computer, including suppliers and customers. It takes wisdom to know the environment to take advantage of many opportunities that competition mired in pessimism, or depression, is unable or unwilling to see them.
