WHAT DOES COACHING?.

Coaching is a process in which the coachee, people directly, discovering and rediscovering get more and better information to manage business situations with which they must face.

The management will improve your ability to observe what is happening. Often with new eyes, and who will review all the assumptions you have of reality, all their beliefs and values. Sometimes, just by observation, managers and often discover new ways for more effective action than was established.
